Confidence scores are not guarantees
We publish confidence as a structured summary of how strong the signal is relative to our inputs — not as a promise about the result.
When you read a fixture note alongside a prediction, look for:
- Data quality — injuries, lineups, and sample size all shrink or stretch confidence.
- Match context — travel, rest, and motivation can dominate small statistical edges.
Use predictions as one input in your process, not the whole story.
